Yes, customisation comes at an added cost.

Yes, all Marsyangde products can be up-cycled. For example, If our client bought a dress from Marsyangde 3 years ago and they don’t want to wear dress anymore/ it is out of fashion etc. They can choose to up-cycle the dress with Marsyangde. During the process we will share a couple of up-cycled designs with you. You can choose the design you fancy the most. You can also choose to add different fabrics & trims to make something completely new, a one off piece that only you will have (additional of fabric/ trims cost will vary depending on your choice) If there is no added fabric, there will be no added fabric cost as we are up-cycling a previously purchased garment, but there will be a designing and remaking charge for all up cycled pieces.

Since we are a “made to order” label we do not keep stock. We only make the products once we’ve received the order and full payments. If you urgently require the garment you can contact us directly before you purchase, we will try to accommodate your wishes to our capacity.

Unfortunately, we do not take returns for customised products. As the products have already been customised to a specific need.

Yes, non customised products can be returned and the refunded amount can be kept as store credit or exchanged for another product. The product tag needs to be intact. The product must not be damaged or used. Locally delivered products must be returned on the same day.
